Workplace Conflict and Active Shooter Awareness

Please join Sunstone HR on May 16th or May 18th for an interesting two-part discussion. Rod Lacey will share insights on effectively identifying and managing Workplace Conflict. Phil Eslinger will then discuss how organizations might prepare and educate employees around the threat of an active shooter. Although rare, we are seeing a sad increase in this extreme behavior in both schools and organizations.

Learn how to turn conflict into productive behavior, and learn what your company and your employees should be aware of to keep your facilities as safe and productive as possible.

Rod Lacey and Phil Eslinger

Rod is a 20+ year HR veteran with far too many ‘war stories’ given his work for high-performing organizations. He has been developing and advising managers on workplace conflict and many other topics for most of his career.

Sgt. Phil Eslinger is a decorated police officer with 27 years of law enforcement experience. He is currently the Sergeant of the School Resource Officer Squad, which has placed him at the leading-edge of reviewing, revising and developing active shooter protocols for our area schools.
